User’s Rights and Obligations

Anatomy Cloud respects and protects your personal data and Protected Health Information (PHI) privacy. In accordance with Articles 15–22 of the GDPR and the HIPAA Privacy Rule, you are entitled to the following rights:

User Rights

1.Right of Access

You have the right to request access to your personal data or health information that we process, including details about its source, purpose of processing, and data recipients.

2.Right to Rectification / Amendment

If your personal data or health information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request correction (under GDPR) or amendment (under HIPAA).

3.Right to Erasure / Right to Request Restriction

GDPR: Under specific circumstances (such as when the data is no longer necessary or if you withdraw your consent), you may request the deletion of your personal data.

HIPAA: You may request restrictions on the use or disclosure of your health information, within the limits permitted by law.

4 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to yourself or a third party (in accordance with GDPR Article 20).

5.Right to Withdraw Consent

Where data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

6.Right to Object and Refuse Automated Processing

You have the right to object to data processing carried out on the grounds of legitimate interests and to refuse any automated processing that may significantly affect you legally.

User Obligations

1.Users must provide true, accurate, and authorized information and are fully responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect data.

2. Users must proactively update their information to ensure account accuracy and functionality.

3. Users must properly safeguard their account credentials, passwords, and API keys, and must not share or disclose them to others.

4. Users are prohibited from using Anatomy Cloud to perform unauthorized medical practices, train AI models without proper consent, or engage in any illegal activities.

5. If the user is a medical institution or research organization, they must ensure that data sources have obtained informed consent from patients or are legally authorized by an Institutional Review Board (IRB).

6. Users must prevent unauthorized access and operations by protecting their accounts and passwords.

7. If users suspect account intrusion or data breaches, they must immediately notify the Anatomy Cloud team for prompt action.

8. Users must not use the platform for activities unrelated to medical, academic, research, or authorized purposes.

9. Users must refrain from engaging in any activities that may compromise platform security, the security of other users’ data, or the company’s rights and interests.

10. Users must comply with the company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or announcements.
